By placing an order with UpressDTF.com, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please review this page carefully before completing your purchase.

1. All Sales Final – No Returns or Refunds

Due to the custom-made nature of all DTF and UV DTF products, all sales are final. Once an order has been submitted, processed, printed, or shipped, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details, artwork, sizing, and quantities prior to checkout.

2. Limited Exceptions – Damage or Manufacturing Defects

While our policy is strict, we will address verified production issues under the following conditions:

Damaged or Defective Orders
  • Any damage or defects must be reported immediately upon delivery for shipped orders or at the time of pickup for local orders.
  • Claims must include clear photo or video evidence showing the issue.
  • Upon review and approval, UpressDTF.com may offer a one-time reprint of the affected items.
  • Refunds are not issued under any circumstance.

Claims submitted after the delivery or pickup window will not be accepted.

3. Customer Artwork & File Responsibility

Print-Ready Files

Customers are solely responsible for submitting print-ready artwork. UpressDTF.com does not review, correct, or modify customer files.

Resolution & Quality
  • Files should be 300 DPI or higher.
  • We are not responsible for poor print results caused by low-resolution images, incorrect color modes, transparency issues, or file setup errors.
Image Sizing & Proportions
  • If artwork does not match the selected size proportionally, it will be printed at the maximum possible size without distortion.
  • We do not stretch, resize, or redesign artwork unless explicitly requested and approved beforehand.
  • No refunds or reprints will be issued due to sizing, formatting, or design errors submitted by the customer.

4. Color Variations & Print Expectations

Due to differences in screens, materials, inks, and printing processes:

  • Minor color variations are normal and expected.
  • White ink behavior, underbase appearance, and fabric influence may affect final results.
  • These variations do not qualify as defects or reasons for reprints or refunds.

5. Fraud Prevention & Order Verification

UpressDTF.com utilizes fraud detection systems to evaluate orders.

  • Orders flagged as high risk may require verification via phone or email.
  • Orders will remain on hold until verification is completed.
  • Failure to respond may result in order cancellation.
  • Orders placed without verification are not eligible for chargebacks.

6. Shipping, Delays & Carrier Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped:

  • UpressDTF.com is not responsible for carrier delays, transit issues, or delivery timeframes.
  • Orders marked “In Transit” or “Pending” must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier using the provided tracking number.
  • Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds, cancellations, or reprints.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Shipping Insurance
  • Shipping insurance is strongly recommended at checkout.
  • If insurance was purchased, customers must file a claim directly
    with the carrier.
  • If insurance was not purchased, UpressDTF.com is not
    responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

8. Local Pickup & In-Store Orders – Final Sale

All local pickup and in-store purchases are final sale.

Pickup Inspection Requirement
  • Customers must inspect their order before leaving the premises.
  • Any damage or defects must be reported immediately.
  • Approved issues will be resolved via reprint only.
  • Once an order leaves our facility, no claims will be accepted.

9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks or false disputes will result in:

  • Immediate account suspension or permanent ban
  • Reporting to payment processors
  • Potential legal action to recover funds and fees

We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any concerns.

10. Customer Conduct Policy

UpressDTF.com maintains a professional work environment.

  • Abusive language, harassment, threats, or disruptive behavior toward staff or customers will not be tolerated.
  • Violations may result in order cancellation, refusal of service, and account termination without refund.

11. Refunds (Rare & Discretionary)

In extremely rare cases where a refund is approved at our sole discretion:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing may take 5–7 business days, and up to 15 days depending on banks and holidays
